Can't get no satisfaction?

The Government did much crowing about the unexpectedly high response rate to the first-ever National Student Satisfaction Survey, unveiled in September. But reports are emerging of students who were called repeatedly and aggressively by the market researchers until they relented and agreed to respond. The question is, how does stalking students affect their morale?
