Building prize to Exeter

Exeter University's Alexander Building, home to the university's performance arts department, has been named "Building of the Year" in the Michelmores Western Morning News commercial property awards. The building posed a challenge to architects Kensington Taylor, as it adjoins Thornlea House in a conservation zone.
