Far Left students have frustrated attempts to elect a new rector at the University of Buenos Aires for the third time in as many weeks. The students took control of buildings in which the elections were meant to take place. Guillermo Jaim-Etcheverry, the current rector, plans to meet all the deans of the various faculties soon to try to find a solution.
