A second PhD student at Bucks New University has been elected to the World Network of Young Leaders and Entrepreneurs. Bucks New University is now the only institution with more than one member. Indrachapa Bandara has been appointed the new national representative to Sri Lanka, just months after fellow student Knowledge Chinyanyu Mpofu was appointed to represent Zimbabwe.
