The Romanian Supreme Appeals Court has ruled in favour of establishing the planned Petoefi-Schiller University to offer courses taught in Romanian, Hungarian and German. The decision reversed the ruling of a lower court, which said that by offering tuition in minority languages within the state system, the projected university would be in breach of the constitution.
