Nato secretary-general Lord Robertson has presented Andrei Larichev the 2003 Nato Science Partnership prize. The Russian scientist developed a revolutionary device for helping diagnose eye disorders with the help of a Nato grant designed to apply former military research and technology to peaceful ends.
