What to do with the leftover Christmas turkey? Turn it into a floral display. Ewan Manson, a third-year fine art student at Dundee University, specialises in turning poultry and fish bones into ornamental flowers. 'I am constantly on the lookout for oddly shaped bones to create petals and leaves,' said Manson, who is seeking advice from Sue Black, professor of forensic anthropology, on how to preserve the bones
