Peep stumbled over a surprisingly interesting paragraph in the Universities and Colleges Employers' Association health and safety report.

It claims that the number of slips, trips and falls in higher education is just above the national average, at about one in a thousand - a rate that has remained static for four years. "This emphasises the need for the sector to work with the HSE on a programme in this area," it concludes.
