Birds and the baroness

When Baroness Blackstone agreed to swap jobs for the morning with Joyce Taylor, chief executive of the Discovery Channel, to mark yesterday's Learning at Work Day, she was probably unaware of a song in the pop charts. Performed by French group Eiffel 65, it includes the lyrics:

"You and me baby, we are nothing but mammals, let's do it like they do on the Discovery Channels".

A good way of grabbing the attention of younger learners perhaps.
