Big Apple topples Harvard

New York University has toppled Harvard as the top destination for overseas students studying in the United States - in spite of the September 11 effect. "As a rebuttal to terrorism, New York, despite its high lodging costs, is an irresistible magnet for foreign students," said J. N. Prade of the American Universities Admission Program.
