Was that British artist and alleged bodysnatcher Noel Kelly we spotted on the television coverage of the Tyson/Holyfield fight last weekend, leaping into the ring with the formaldehyde-filled bottle after the bout was stopped?

If not, why not? After all, he is out on bail until he reports to the police on July 11, when it may be necessary to renegotiate the bail.

The Crown Prosecution Service has received files resulting from police investigations into the case. The CPS spokeswoman says it may call on more help from police before it decides whether or not to prosecute.
