A new university centre at Harlow has been given the go-ahead by planning officials. The centre, to be set up by Anglia Ruskin University, has been approved by Harlow District Council, allowing work to begin immediately. The first 100 students are set to start their studies this September. Degrees on offer include business management, IT, early childhood studies, journalism and public services.
