Analysis of opinions produced by national ethics councils - call for tenders

The European Commission has published a call for tenders relating to a comparative study of opinions produced by national ethics councils.

The general objective of this contract is to perform a study, the objectives of which are to identify all opinions produced by national ethics councils of the EU (25 countries), to collect the opinions produced by national ethics councils in thematic clusters, to analyse these opinions by subject and country in order to identify common values and/or approaches, to identify possible commonalities and shared values between them, and any corresponding differences in their applications, and to gather all requested information and analysis in a database and an integrated final report.

The total foreseen budget for the call is 80,000 euro.
