Alleged MI6 officer out of Lockerbie briefing

A member of Glasgow University's Lockerbie trial briefing unit has been dropped following allegations that he is a former MI6 officer.

Recent press reports have claimed that Andrew Fulton, a visiting law professor, who retired last year from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, once played a role in Britain's security operations in Washington. His position at Glasgow's law school will not be affected.
