News reaches The Diary from Liverpool John Moores University where elections are being held for the academic board.
Three professors will be allowed to sit on the board. Ballot forms listing six candidates were issued to the professoriate earlier this month. However, the forms allowed for only one vote, rather than three, and the election has been suspended pending the issue of new ballot forms.
