Those seeking an early look at Oxford University's much discussed "green paper" setting out the institution's vision for its future received a surprisingly politically incorrect message this week. When they clicked through to the link displayed on national newspaper websites, they were greeted with a page saying simply: "Access has been denied". Is this a new frank approach to the admissions row?
