Peter Okebukola, executive secretary of Nigeria's National University Commission, and Ben Njoku, vice-chancellor of the Owerri Technology University, are facing trial. The Economic and Finance Crime Commission has accused them and others of involvement in a 55 million naira (£220,000) bribery scandal.
