Shame on those who see only dry bureaucracy rather than poetry in the Bologna Declaration, which aims to establish a common structure for higher education in Europe. News reaches Peep from Scandinavia of a Bologna-inspired song, The Radiant Structure , which includes the lines:
"What we see is but a fraction/ Of the sights that are shining/ And dancing through the world." Peep has not yet been privileged to hear the tune, but is certain it is equally uplifting.
