A Commonwealth conquest

At the third attempt, the Commonwealth Scholars Eleven wrested The Times Higher Cricket Cup from arch-rivals Rhodes Scholars. The key to victory may well have been the little help the Commonwealth team received from a passing Marshall Scholar and a strong bowling spell from the 16-year-old son of a senior official from the Association of Commonwealth Studies.
