6th FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME FOR RTD (2002-2006) - Second Information Day on Second Call for Proposals on CONCERTO the 24/09/2003

The second CONCERTO info' day will be aimed primarily at those proposers who have already started to prepare their proposals, though all interested parties will be welcome (space permitting). Please register as soon as possible if you would like to attend, using the

The second Info' day will provide more detailed information than the first info' day on contractual and legal issues, including the consortium agreement.

It will also include a session of "speed dating" for those local communities which have clear plans for their own community, but still need to find partners from other countries. Priority will be given in the speed dating to local community representatives or project coordinators who have submitted project outlines and kept them up to date. Please send your request and project outline by e-mail as soon as possible via the CONCERTO mailbox TREN-concerto@cec.eu.int if you wish to be included in the speed dating, and tell us which other project teams you would like to meet - you can of course select potential partners from those who have placed their project outlines on this site.

For those proposers which have finalised their consortia, and are well advanced with their proposals, but would like to benefit from the Info' day presentations on legal and contractual issues on 24 September, we will offer face to face meetings with EC officials by special appointment on 23 September. If you would like to book such an appointment, please send your request and project outline by e-mail to the CONCERTO mailbox TREN-concerto@cec.eu.int . Appointments will be made on a first come first served basis until all options are filled.
