With the aim of serving the local economy and social development, Wenzhou-Kean University actively organizes diverse scientific research and academic activities. By the end of 2019, WKU has invested more than 65 million RMB in scientific research funding. WKU faculty have published more than 200 papers in international academic journals including SCI, SSCI, AHCI, etc., and have implemented more than 130 scientific research projects. WKU also established research partnerships with leading universities such as Yale University, University of Cambridge, and the University of California Davis Campus.
