InterCon Systems Corporation has launched the Shark family of complete Internet access products. The Shark family, which includes NetShark, a complete suite of Internet access software for Macintosh and Windows systems, and WebShark, a ftp, gopher and Web client, were released on May 15. WebShark is optimised for use with modems.

Fully Asynchronous Scanning Technology, developed by InterCon, allows fast rendering of images and the company claims that WebShark can download pages up to 40 per cent faster than existing Web client software. Further details from the company's welcome page http://www. intercon.com.
