(Photograph) - The government's commission on human cloning has to set the benefits cloning would bring to infertile couples against the fact that for every healthy baby there would be hundreds of others with countless deformities. Commission member John Polkinghorne said the report,due next week, would rule out reproduction but keep open the option of allowing research on embryos up to 14 days' old
