What is CPD?
CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development and refers to any activity that encourages participants to learn new skills, knowledge or expertise that will help them progress in their career.

What is CPD Accreditation?
CPD Accreditation is a process whereby a third party, such as The CPD Group, assessed an activity and makes an expert judgment on whether it meets CPD standards. The accreditation body will use a certain set of criteria to ensure that every aspect of the activity meets a strict set of standards and offers the highest quality learning experience for the end user.

What is CPD Accreditation important?
Stamp of approval: It serves as a stamp of approval so learners can see that the activity has been assessed for quality.
Quality assurance: Learners know they will receive a learning experience that meets CPD standards.
Accredited certificates: Learners will receive an accredited attendance certificate to display their professional development.
CPD credits: Upon completing an accredited activity, learners will obtain CPD credits that they can add to their professional portfolio and log with their employer or regulatory body.
