Hello Can a university apply for ranking without having research publications in Elsevier or any other scopus index journals
Yes, they can. If a university has research publications but these are not indexed by Elsevier, please let us know the names of the journals by emailing impact@timeshighereducation.com. We will then see if the journals can be included.
