Thank you for your interest in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026!

The data collection portal for the Times Higher Education World University Rankings is now closed.

The ranking will be published on October 2025.

The next data collection cycle for the World University Rankings will open in January 2026, and close in March 2026.

If your institution is not already taking part in the World University Rankings, please email us at profilerankings@timeshighereducation.com with the subject line “I want to submit data for my university to be featured in the world university rankings” as well as the below information: your full name, job title, university email address, department, telephone number, university and country. Please email us directly at profilerankings@timeshighereducation.com if you would like to review or make amendments to your current data provider(s).

If you are not authorised to be a data provider for your institution, and only wish to receive updates about our products and services, please register here. 

There are no fees/costs to participate in our rankings.

Please note we require your official work email address to be registered. In order to ensure that all Ranking and Survey email communications are received, we highly recommend you to inform your IT department to add the following email addresses and IP's to your “safe sender” and/or “whitelists”:
