It's time to drop the dead parrot 5

The marking system is a mess. As a mature student, I find that marking differs not only between faculties but also within departments. I have fallen foul of this and have complained. This complaint, although informal, led to a change of result but, in the strange world of examination marking, I was left with no markers' comments to question.
