Dropouts and funding 2

Your leader "Confronting the dropout cliches" endorses the view of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation that teaching funding should be linked to the completion of modules rather than to longer periods of study. In Wales, we started funding by semesters rather than full years in 1996.
