Customer is right

Shola Adenekan suggests that as students now pay fees tutors should be more understanding when it comes to granting extensions (Why II July 22). This would ensure that every customer was satisfied; unlike my MA student who failed and complained: "I'm not like the other MA students on this course. I paid for this myself."
