Flinders University is seeking a motivated and innovative Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor in Surveying to contribute to high-quality teaching, impactful research, and industry engagement in a growing and strategically important discipline area. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of highly skilled surveying graduates while building or sustaining a strong research profile in geospatial information systems, surveying, and related fields. The Lecturer / Associate Professor in Surveying will contribute across: Contribute to high-quality research in surveying, geospatial information systems and related disciplines aligned to College research strengths Deliver innovative, student-centred teaching across surveying and geospatial programs using flexible, multi-mode and field-based learning approaches Lead or contribute to curriculum design, topic coordination, program development and continuous improvement of surveying offering Supervise and mentor Honours and Higher Degree by Research students, supporting research training and graduate development Build and sustain strong industry, government and professional partnerships, contributing to accreditation, engagement and graduate employability outcomes This position is open to domestic and international candidates. You bring leadership capability appropriate to your level and a passion for shaping the future of surveying education and research. The Department offers the Bachelor of Communication (Honours) in Public Relations and Advertising with two concentrations: Public Relations and Advertising and Branding. Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Public Relations or Advertising (25260693) The Department invites applications for two full-time positions at the ranks of Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor in Public Relations or Advertising. Successful candidates will be expected to conduct cutting-edge and impactful academic research, pursue prestigious external research grants, supervise research postgraduate students and undergraduate honours projects, contribute to excellence in teaching and learning, and fulfill service and administrative duties.
