This includes testing how lived experience and compensatory strategies shape neural organization.Required qualifications PhD (by start) in Neuroscience, Psychology, Cognitive Science, CS/EE/BME, or related fields. Demonstrated fMRI expertise and solid statistics. Strong programming skills (MATLAB, Python, or R). Preferred (but not required) Experience with brain plasticity, multisensory processing or development Experience working with special populations and inclusive research practices. Appointment & compensation Start window: Spring-Summer 2026 (flexible). Initial term: 2 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding. This role provides project and operational support by managing systems and processes, coordinating casual academic staff allocation and payments, working with School Managers to ensure accuracy and compliance, monitoring system performance, and responding to stakeholder enquiries to support effective project delivery.
