K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology, near Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu, was founded in 1994 and is a technical college affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. It offers 14 undergraduate, 11 postgraduate and 20 doctoral programmes across several schools.
The college includes the School of Building and Mechanical Science, offering mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering and civil engineering. The School of Life Science covers textile technology, biotechnology, nano science and technology, and food technology. The School of Electrical Sciences provides courses in electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering, and electronics engineering specialising in VLSI design and technology.
The School of Computing Sciences offers programmes in computer science and engineering, information technology, computer science and business systems, artificial intelligence and data science, and artificial intelligence and machine learning. The School of Management Studies delivers a Master of Business Administration degree. Finally, the School of Science and Humanities covers mathematics, physics, chemistry, English and Tamil.
