The team is a small, collaborative and agile unit, working across a broad range of activities including the delivery of postgraduate Open Days and recruitment events, the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and engagement with prospective students. The team uses data and insights to inform decision-making, including monitoring application trends and identifying opportunities for programme development and growth. The team also works closely with academic departments across the University to promote individual programmes and support recruitment priorities. Postgraduate recruitment is a key priority within the University’s Strategic Plan 2023–2028, and the role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact area with strong visibility across the institution.
