General Requirements Applicants should hold a PhD degree or an equivalent qualification in management science, operation research or other relevant fields for no more than five years prior to the commencement of the appointment. Applicants should have a strong track record in research evidenced by quality research output in line with international standards. He/she should have strong commitment to research and have an excellent command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
