This book will leave most practitioners feeling dinosaurish, as we gaze from the heights of established practice on the mammals scurrying below, busy generating acronyms, switching between counselling inputs and experimenting with webcams. While there seems scope for abuse of this new medium, part of the queasiness may stem from the comparable scope for abuse in face-to-face practice.

Who is it for? Online counsellors, but excellent value for the voyeur.

Presentation: A mixture of fonts, formats, FLAs and emoticons.

Would you recommend it? Fascinating for all sorts of reasons.
