It is one of six institutes of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Masaryk University (MU). The fundamental mission of the MU Faculty of Pharmacy is to provide university education, conduct research in the field of pharmacy and related disciplines, and fulfill the faculty’s social role as an academic institution.  The faculty works closely with domestic and international research institutions as well as pharmaceutical companies and is a proud recipient of the HR Excellence in Research Award, a European certificate of quality for HR processes. About the Role: Victoria University is seeking an experienced and motivated Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Speech Pathology) to take on the key role of Practice Education Lead. In this role, you will lead the coordination and delivery of practice education across the Speech Pathology courses, ensuring students have access to meaningful placement experiences that meet curriculum and accreditation requirements. You will oversee student placements and clinical assessment processes, while maintaining and strengthening partnerships with practice education providers. A key focus of the role is to expand and sustain placement capacity to support the long-term viability of practice education within the program. You will also contribute to excellence in teaching and support the professional development of practice educators through training and ongoing engagement. As Practice Education Lead, you will serve as a central point of contact for students and internal and external stakeholders, supporting the effective administration and continuous improvement of the placement program. You will contribute to teaching in the University’s undergraduate programs and, at Senior Lecturer level, supervise honours and higher degree students. The role also includes supervisory responsibilities for sessional staff. An ability to translate accreditation requirements into effective learning and teaching practices is essential.
