About the role: Operating within Thomas More Law School, the Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor provides academic leadership and specialist expertise to support the effective delivery, quality, and ongoing development of the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law. The role contributes to teaching, curriculum design, accreditation compliance, and student learning in a professionally regulated program that prepares graduates for migration advice practice. The position strengthens the school's capacity to meet sector standards, respond to regulatory changes, and maintain a high quality, mission aligned postgraduate offering. At Level C, the role focuses on advanced teaching, unit coordination, and scholarly contribution. At Level D, the position additionally provides strategic leadership for the program, including oversight of curriculum renewal, external engagement, research development, and academic governance.
