UNIC Nicosia, Cyprus
The UNIC Nicosia Campus is situated in Engomi, a vibrant and student-centred area of the city. Purpose-built with modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, “UNIC City” creates a diverse and inclusive environment for learning and personal growth. Beyond the campus boundaries, Engomi enhances the student experience with its array of cafes, restaurants, and services, specifically catering to university life.

UNIC Athens, Greece
UNIC Athens is the University of Nicosia’s academic and research base in Greece, combining internationally ranked teaching with state-of-the-art facilities and active partnerships across healthcare, technology, and industry. Located in Elliniko with direct metro access to the city center, the campus offers students a dynamic environment for study, research, and professional growth in one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals.
Τhe current building of UNIC Athens is the former Olympic Aviation building, while in its final form, the campus will expand to an additional 150,000 square metres within The Εllinikon, Europe’s largest urban redevelopment project. This modern campus will be an integral part of The Ellinikon “smart city”. The next phases of construction, which will support the expansion of UNIC Athens within The Ellinikon, are expected to be completed by 2028 and 2031.

Study at UNIC Athens
UNIC Athens has officially begun its operations in November 2025, currently offering 9 accredited undergraduate programmes, spanning from 6 schools. Additionally, it aims to having 2 postgraduate programmes (MBA and PhD in Medical Sciences) accredited with a target launch within 2026.
Over time, UNIC will introduce at UNIC Athens a comprehensive set of academic programmes at the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels.
