The Universiti Malaysia Pahang was established in 2002 and offers a variety of engineering and technology-based technical programmes. The main campus is located in Pekan and is home to four engineering faculties and the centre for modern languages. There is a second campus situated in Gambang, just 30 km from Kuantan and strategically placed in the East Coast Industrial Belt of Peninsular Malaysia which is home to several multinational companies in the engineering industries. The Gambang campus is home to the faculty of civil engineering technology, chemical and process engineering technology, science and industrial technology, industrial management, as well as the Institute of Postgraduate Studies, and the centre of maths and human sciences. Across both campuses, the university offers a range of programmes from undergraduate to postgraduate level. Online courses are also offered in selected programmes, such as research design development and research methodology. The Universiti Malaysia Pahang offers study abroad programmes and global engagement partnerships for students. The university has a partnership with Hochschule Karlsruhe and Reutlingen University, offering German engineering dual degree programmes.

About the Role This Associate Lecturer, Clinical Nursing Simulation Educator (CNSE) is a Teaching Specialist (Clinical Practitioner) position, ideal for an experienced nursing practitioner who has emerging experience teaching at a tertiary level in a clinical simulation / laboratory environment. This position is predominantly concerned with teaching and teaching-related duties involving the creation, delivery and continuous quality improvement of university-level education.
