Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) is a prestigious Spanish public university renowned for its excellence in research, teaching and innovation. Established in 1989, it has four campuses - Getafe, Leganés, Colmenarejo and Madrid-Puerta de Toledo, which host more than 20,000 students, 20% of whom are international students. UC3M offers a wide range of undergraduate and master's degree programs in Social Sciences and Law; Documentation, Humanities and Communication; Engineering, recognized with the prestigious EUR-ACE quality certification, and in Health Sciences, recently implemented. More than 70% of these programs are taught in English.

The university boasts more than 800 exchange agreements with top universities worldwide, facilitating student and staff mobility within a framework of international cooperation. UC3M is one of the Spanish and European universities that promotes more Erasmus + mobility, and it plays an active participation in the YUFE Alliance, promoting collaboration among young European universities.
