Its Canadian Music Theatre Project (CMTP) is an international centre of excellence for the development of new musicals in Canada. Since it was launched in 2011, 15 shows have been incubated, including Come From Away, which opened on Broadway in 2017 and received a Tony Award nomination for Best Musical.
