Basic information and contact details for School of Creative Media - City University of Hong Kong

institution

School of Creative Media (SCM), the region's first such institution, located in the stunning, one-of-a-kind, building designed by the world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind, was founded to nurture a new generation of entrepreneurial interdisciplinary artists and creative media professionals, and to be a hub of innovation for the creative industries in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and abroad.

This year, SCM is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Over the past 25 years, SCM has grown in size, stature and reputation to become the leading School of its kind in Asia. Long before the idea of Art Tech was coined, SCM was a pioneer in the field. Bridging the boundaries between art and technology, and between traditional and new media, SCM has a proud record of curriculum innovation and cutting-edge arts research. Our outstanding international faculty and teaching staff have trained generations of students to excel in creative media art and industry.
