Demonstrated excellence in and commitment to innovative education, including interprofessional learning, blended learning formats, online teaching, the use of a variety of visual and digital/innovative formats. Demonstrated capacity to lead and support discipline research and lead research teams and partnerships to achieve high impact research activity and outcomes. Demonstrated experience in tertiary teaching including a record of co-ordination, teaching and curriculum development. A track record of successful supervision of higher research degree candidates. Demonstrated leadership experience in nursing or health care. Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal and communication skills including resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to meet tight deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment. Demonstrated links with relevant industries, organisations and research communities.
