Familiarity with scaling up biotechnological processes and designing pilot-scale plants. Ability to analyze experimental data, perform mass/energy balances, and optimize process conditions.  Proven experience in managing pilot-scale projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines.
