In these Service Specific Additional Terms, the following terms have the following meanings:
| "Licensed Marketing Materials" | the badges, certificates and other digital assets provided by THE to the Client under these terms; |
| "License Period" | the Term specified in the Order Form; |
| "Order Form" | either the form provided or the web page from which these Licensed Marketing Assets - Service Specific Additional Terms are hyperlinked on which the Parties have agreed to the purchase and delivery of the Licensed Marketing Materials; |
2. Provision of the Licensed Marketing Materials
Back to top2.1 THE shall licence the Licensed Marketing Materials to the Client for the Licence Period.
2.2 The Licensed Marketing Materials shall be valid for the Licence Period and should not be used after the end of the Licence Period.
2.3 THE shall confirm the validity of the Licensed Materials on the THE website during the License Period. The confirmation on the website shall lapse at the end of the License Period.
3. Client obligations
Back to top3.1 The Client shall cease to use or publish the Licensed Marketing Materials at the end of the Term.
