    Vivian Lai is a recent graduate from Hong Kong Baptist University School of Business and also an entrepreneur. She set up her event planning business while she was still at university. In the lead-up to International Women’s Day,THE Student asked Vivian to share her three key tips for fellow female entrepreneurs on building their businesses and addressing challenges. 

    She also shares her experience of often feeling she wasn’t taken seriously as a young, female founder and how stepping outside her comfort zone helped her overcome these perceptions.
