If you're passionate about studying human translation control, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our research project focuses on investigating the structures of ribosomal complexes involved in this fascinating process. You'll have access to state-of-the-art cryo-EM instruments at our local core facility, available for regular use. Plus, comprehensive training in cryo-EM techniques will be provided to the successful candidate. Our lab has recently secured substantial third-party funding, including an ERC Starting Grant and an EMBO Installation Grant, so we're well-equipped to support your research. We're seeking a creative, independent, and motivated individual with relevant experience in fields like structural biology, biochemistry, biophysics, or molecular biology. If you have a background in structural biology and translation, we especially encourage you to apply.
