Ilse Schmitthof bequeathed more than Pounds 1million in trust for the Centre for Commercial Law Studies in memory of her husband, Professor Clive Schmitthof. The Clive Schmitthof Foundation will be established for the advancement of teaching, research or study of international trade or a related subject in commercial law.
