Nomination Form

Please use this form to nominate a counsellor or an organisation for one of the Global Counsellor Awards 2024 categories. Please submit separate forms for each nominee. The deadline for entries is Tuesday 12th March 2024 at midnight (GMT) and the winners will be announced at the BMI/THE Global International Schools Forum & Workshop in London on 28th April 2024.

If you are unable to load any of the forms during the nomination process, please send us an email with your nomination, while we work to resolve the issue. Please include your name, your organisation/school, your country, your email, nominee's name, nominee's organisation/school, nominee's country, category for nomination, supporting evidence (up to 250 words) in your email.
