Serbian education minister Milovoje Simonvic was killed in a traffic accident last week on a motorway near Velika Plana. Mr Simonovic was a member of the Yugoslav United Left party, which is headed by Mira Markovic, the wife of Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic.
